Noodle Soup

Fresh yeast (the dough left over from the previous steamed bun).

Slowly pour boiling water into the flour, and stir with chopsticks while pouring it into a flocculent shape.

Put a small amount of flour and alkaline noodles on the chopping board, and pour the hot noodles onto the chopping board.

Knead the kneaded dough, cover it and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Roll into strips.

Cut into syrup.
7.
Roll into a pie shape.
8.
Cut a small bite in the middle.
9.
Fry it into the hot oil pan.
10.
Golden fish on both sides.
Tips:
You can also use a proper amount of yeast (80g flour to 100g flour) and hot noodles without yeast.
