Boil water in a pot, when 80% is boiled, add tribute balls, knock in eggs and cook.

Wash and drain the bean sprouts, blanch until cooked

Put the noodles and bean sprouts in a large bowl, add some soup just cooked, add oyster sauce and vinegar, add shallot oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and minced celery, start to toss the noodles, and finally add eggs and tribute balls

Those who don’t eat spicy food can eat it. If you want something spicy, add some Lao Gan Ma to make a delicious hot and sour noodles.

Tips:
When blanching noodles, do not add too much salt, as the oyster sauce itself is saltier. Don't wait for the egg to boil, or it will fall apart. Don't pour out the noodle soup, add some to the noodles and mix together, it will not be too dry and choking when eating
