Noodles Fish Fried with Chives

Wash the noodles, fish and chives and set aside

Cut leek into sections for later use, mince garlic

After the oil is hot, put the green onion and ginger into the pot, pour the noodles and fish into the pot, and cook into the cooking wine

Add vinegar, soy sauce and some salt

To prevent shattering, you don’t need to stir-fry too much. Just lift the pan and slide it. After the aroma comes out, sprinkle with garlic and add water to the noodle fish. Turn the pan to medium heat for five minutes and the fish will be cooked

Sprinkle the leeks, and half out of the pot
