Noodles with Lard Residue and Shallot Oil
1.
Prepare the ingredients! Dice the pork belly, wash and cut the spring onions, wash the lettuce and set aside. I chose this kind of sliced noodles for the noodles, which is very chewy!
2.
Put pork belly in the pot, add a little water, and stir-fry slowly to get the oil.
3.
The oil is already out, stir it again to get out of the pot.
4.
Pour appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot to explode the shallot oil flavor, and the shallots can be fried and dried.
5.
Then add the noodles, light soy sauce, sugar, and pepper to the base oil and bring to a boil and set aside.
6.
Boil the water in the boiling pot and add the sliced noodles to cook.
7.
Add the lettuce and scald it and remove it for later use.
8.
Finally, the noodles and vegetables are taken out and served on a plate, poured into the pre-prepared sauce, plus the crispy pork fried and green onions, the delicious lard residue and green onion noodles are ready to eat!
