Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

1. Cut the lean meat into minced meat with a knife.

2. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms, wash and squeeze out the water, then chop finely.

3. Peel and mince garlic cloves.

4. Prepare some materials.
