Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Cut off the roots of shiitake mushrooms and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.

The fresh meat is cleaned and cut into diced meat.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Boil the mushrooms in the water, remove and drain.

Cut the blanched shiitake mushrooms into small cubes.

Put the bottom oil in the hot pan, add the diced meat and stir-fry until white.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant, then add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry together.

Add soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stir fry with a little salt.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add water starch to a viscous state, and season with sesame oil.

The mushroom meat sauce is ready.

Boil water, add the noodles, and cook for about five minutes. Turn off the heat, and then remove them after a while.

Put the cooked noodles in cold water and drain the water.

Put the noodles in a bowl, top with mushroom meat sauce, sprinkle some red pepper and coriander, and the fragrant mushroom meat sauce noodles are ready!
Tips:
You can add green peppers, red peppers, coriander, and minced garlic to the prepared noodles according to your personal taste.
