Noodles with Sesame Sauce and Pepper Oil

Add sesame oil to the sesame sauce and mix thoroughly, then add 1/2 teaspoon of light soy sauce, water, and bring to the boil.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peppercorns and fry on low heat.

When frying Chinese pepper oil, when the oil is hot, cover the pot with a small gap, and then add the remaining light soy sauce. Put in a bowl and set aside.

Put water in the pot to boil and then put the sliced noodles to cook. Then blanch the rapeseed and carrots.

Pour clear water into a large bowl, remove the noodles after they are cooked, and place them in a bowl of clear water for cooling. Use cool boiled water in summer, hot water is recommended in winter, especially for children as far as possible not to use cold water.

Put on a plate, put two spoons of sesame sauce, one and a half spoons of pepper sauce, add the blanched dishes, mix well, and eat.
