Northeast Big Peel with Cold Dressing

1. Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 10 coriander, 1 peeled, 2 dried tofu.

2. Shred dried tofu, shred cucumber, peeled and cut into strips, cut coriander into 2 cm long sections, then add minced garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, refined salt, chicken essence, sugar, and mix well. (You can also put some sesame sauce if you like).
