Preparation: Cut corn into sections, remove seeds and cut green peppers, peel and cut potatoes, cut tomatoes into large pieces, and cut eggplant into hob pieces. Eggplant can also be torn into strips or pieces by hand.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the fragrant garlic slices, add a tablespoon of Dongbei miso and stir fry, pour in all the ingredients and stir fry. You can also deep-fry the eggplant chunks (with oil) and then fry them. Eggplant likes oil, so delicious but too oily.

Add salt and water or stock, mix well and simmer on low heat, turning several times halfway

Stew until the juice is collected, the potatoes are soft and rotten, and the eggplant is delicious
