Northeast Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Tips:
1. If you don't have Northeast Hazel mushrooms, you can replace them with other mushrooms. Dry mushrooms need to be foamed for 10 hours.
2. Dry vermicelli can also be replaced with fresh vermicelli, but it should be put in a few minutes before it is out of the pot to avoid overheating passivation
