Northeast Family (kidney Bean Stewed Ribs)
1.
The pork neck bones I use are smelly. Wash the ribs you bought, cook them in water first, and rinse them one by one. Put the sliced green onion, ginger, pepper, and pork ribs in a pot of water and turn to a low heat for half an hour until the ribs are soft and rotten.
2.
Wash kidney beans and break, peel and cut potatoes.
3.
Heat the oil in the pot and let the green onions burst into the pot.
4.
Stir fry the ribs.
5.
Add kidney beans and potatoes and continue to stir fry, pour soy sauce to color.
6.
Pour water and simmer.
7.
After the water is boiled, add salt. It doesn't matter if you have more. Kidney bean ribs don't like flavor, so cover and stew over medium heat.
8.
The soup is almost dried up and the chicken essence is added. Turn over the high heat so that the soup is wrapped on the top of the dish and ready to be served.
Tips:
I cut some potato strips in order to use potato starch to absorb the soup and wrap it on the kidney bean ribs to taste. Friends who like to eat potatoes can put more.
