Northeast Flavor——sauerkraut Big Bone Stick

Ingredients: Northeast sauerkraut, big bone stick, vermicelli. Ingredients: shallots, ginger slices, chili, star anise.

Wash the big bone sticks, soak them for half an hour, and add appropriate amount of water, green onions, ginger slices, peppers, and star anise to the pressure cooker.

Shred sauerkraut and soak for half an hour.

Put the soaked sauerkraut into the big bone stick in the pressure cooker.
