Northeast Korean Cold Noodles

Northeast cold noodles are reserved, soak the cold noodles in cold water for at least 1-2 hours

Boil water in a pot and put the cold noodles in a boil. This will take a little longer to cook. When the noodles are picked up with chopsticks, it looks softer, so put the cooked cold noodles in a larger bowl.
