Prepare materials

Pork ribs blanched and set aside

Cut corn into sections, cut potatoes and pumpkin into pieces on a hob

Put the blanched ribs into a hot oil pan, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, green onion ginger, star anise and stir fry for a taste

Add the water without ribs, boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes

Add beans, potatoes, corn and stew for 15 minutes, finally add pumpkin and stew for 5 minutes, add a little salt

Turn off the heat, pour in sesame oil, sprinkle chicken essence, and put on coriander.
Tips:
1. Post-salt cooking is easy to control salt intake.
2. Pumpkins are easy to rot, so put them last
3. When the vegetables are in the pot, the soup may appear to be less soup, and the vegetables will be soft after simmering for a while. Add plenty of water once when the ribs are stewed
