Northeast Smoked Dried Tofu Roll

Put the seasonings other than the white sugar into the minced meat and stir, in one direction, up strength. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Soak the dried tofu in hot water.

Spread the marinated meat on the drained dried tofu and spread evenly.

Roll up from one end.

Try to compact and expel air bubbles.

Put the rolled dried tofu roll into the steamer, and pierce a few small holes with a toothpick. Convenient for exhaust.

Put a piece of tin foil on the wok, and put three tablespoons of white sugar on it.

Put the steamed rolls on the wok, heat them until smoke comes out, turn off the heat. Just wait for the coloring.

The smoked dried tofu rolls can be sliced and served.
Tips:
If the color of one time is not enough for your requirements, you can turn on the fire to produce a second time, but not too many times. If there are too many, the dried tofu will be too dry and bitter.
