[northeast] Spicy Stir-fried Lobster Tail

Defrost and wash lobster tails (I bought quick-frozen ones)

Boil the lobster tails in a pot for 2 minutes

Remove the blanched lobster tails and drain the water, slice the green onion and ginger
4.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and saute the peppercorns, dried chilies, green onion and ginger
5.
Add lobster tails and stir fry, add oyster sauce, salt, sugar and continue to stir fry, add a small amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

After the water is basically dried, add the coriander section and stir-fry evenly.
