Northeast Stir-fried Stew

Wash the stew and pepper

Chili cut into pieces
3.
Cut the stew into slightly thicker slices
4.
Pick up the frying pan, put the chili in the pan and fill it with oil

Re-start the frying pan, stir the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fry with bean paste

Stir-fry the bean paste with red oil, and stir-fry the stew

Stir fry until the stew is soft, add chili and stir fry

Stir-fry with salt, stir-fry evenly and serve
