3.

Add three teaspoons of sugar. Tang who likes sweet and sour taste will need more. This one is just a small bottle of mine.
5.
Add light soy sauce and vinegar over the chili, and the vinegar and light soy sauce are 1:1
6.
Add monosodium glutamate, cover and shake well for two hours before eating
Tips:
Tips: 1. Wash the peppers and do not see the oil during the whole process
2. The vinegar and light soy sauce are 1:1. If the soy sauce is salty, don't add salt. If it is not salty, add appropriate amount of salt.
3. The amount of sugar should be larger so that it has a sweet and sour effect. Basically, sweet and sour and light soy sauce are one-to-one.
