Nostalgic Chicken Roll

Spread the chicken breast with 1 teaspoon of salt, wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for 3 hours (or overnight).

Take the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator, put it at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, and steam it over water for 5-10 minutes until cooked.

Cut off the hard edges of the toast bread slices, dry the chicken breast with kitchen paper and tear it into shredded chicken after cooling, cut the pickled cucumber into strips, and appropriate amount of sesame sauce.

Mix the shredded chicken, pickled cucumber strips, and sesame sauce on the bread slices.

Roll into a roll.

Wrap the rolls with oven butter paper or plastic wrap, and tighten them like candy. Cut or tear open the packaging and you can eat it!
