Old Beijing chicken rolls and Mexican chicken rolls are probably not the only one who can't distinguish between them. Mexican Chicken Tacos

1. Put flour, water and yeast into the bread bucket, start the kneading function and knead it into a smooth dough

2. Wash the chicken breast and cut into finger-sized strips

3. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, chili oil, white pepper to chicken breast

4. Marinate for 15 minutes after mixing all the ingredients

5. Prepare the bread crumbs, I use dried bread slices to roll out, or you can use bought bread crumbs

6. Ready cornstarch

8. Prove the dough in a bread machine for 25 minutes after kneading

21. Put lettuce, pickles and chicken breast on the dough

22. Roll both sides of the tortilla in the middle, and the chicken burrito is ready

Tips:

1. Deep-fried chicken breasts should be deep-fried on medium heat, and then fried on high heat for one minute before they are out of the pan. It will not absorb oil
2. Remember to moisturize the fried noodles, otherwise they won’t roll
3. The mustard sauce can be replaced with other favorite sauces
