Nourishing and Good Snacks in Winter-sesame Crisps
1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
Bake the pan until there is no water.
3.
Pour in black sesame and white sesame and stir fry continuously.
4.
Stir-fry until the sesame seeds can be crushed by a pinch, and set aside. (The main purpose here is to fry the sesame seeds. If you don’t want to fry, you can also bake them in the oven.)
5.
In another pot, add 48 grams of granulated sugar, 112 grams of maltose, 68 grams of water, and 2 grams of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
6.
Boil until the temperature of the liquid in the pot reaches about 130 degrees.
7.
Pour the cooked liquid quickly into the fried sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly (the sesame and the liquid are a bit sticky after mixing. If it is not, it means that the previous liquid has not been cooked properly. In this case, you can Turn on the fire to reheat the sesame seeds and liquid in the pan and stir fry until they are sticky.)
8.
Fry it and pour it on non-stick paper (the greased paper used in the oven is fine).
9.
Fold the other end of the non-sticky paper and fold it all around. (Actually, it can be repaired into the mold and flattened. I mainly do not many molds at home and not too small molds).
10.
Use a rolling pin to roll it vigorously and smoothly.
11.
Unfold the non-sticky paper.
12.
When there is still some slight heat, cut it into small pieces.
Tips:
1. The crispy chips sold outside are generally very sweet. The ingredients are not very sweet. It is best not to reduce the amount of sugar.
2. When frying sesame seeds, pay attention to it. Sesame seeds are easy to mash. If they are not fried, they will affect the final taste.
3. Be sure to cut it when it is slightly hot, it will spread out if it is too hot, and it will become a bit hard when it is cold.
4. It can be sealed and stored after cooling, or it won't be crisp.
5. In fact, other kinds of dried fruit crisps can also be made in this way.
