Nourishing and Nourishing Heart Health Soup---radish and Wolfberry Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs and blanch them for later use.

Put the ribs into the stock pot and add water.
3.
Bring to a boil, skim off the blood, and add green onion and ginger.

Peel the white radish, wash, and cut into hob pieces.
5.
Add the sliced white radish and cook until boiling; turn to a low heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes.
6.
Add the wolfberry and continue to boil for 20 minutes. Add salt and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
To make the soup fragrant, add enough water at a time.
