Nourishing Black Chicken Soup

The black-bone chicken has its head and butt removed and washed. Cut in half, because the stewing pot does not need to be too small, and it is easy to simmer. Wash the Codonopsis and Astragalus and soak them in water. Also wash the red dates. Ginger slices. Goji berries are spared.

Put the black-bone chicken over the water in the pot, take it out and wash the foam!

Excluding the wolfberry, put everything else in a saucepan, add water, I use an electric saucepan to cook the soup, not too much water,

Boil for three hours, unplug the power and add medlar for 5 minutes. Take it out and add salt to enjoy. Really sweet!
