The aunt in my hometown raised a few chickens at home with food, and they sent them some time ago. The chickens are hens that have been raised for a year and have laid eggs for a few months. I feel that they will be a little old after being stewed, so let’s make soup and drink them. Added red dates and wolfberry, it is more nutritious and nourishing.

Nourishing Chicken Soup

1. Remove the chicken hair and internal organs, wash and cut into small pieces, put it in a pot, add water and boil until it becomes foamy

2. Take it out and put it in cold water to wash away the dirt on the surface

3. Put the chicken nuggets in a soup pot, add green onion, ginger slices, star anise, dried hawthorn and pepper

4. Add water to cover the chicken nuggets to the top half of the pot

5. Pour the cooking wine

6. Add sliced red dates, boil over high heat and add goji berries

7. After the water is boiled, use a small spoon to skim off the surface foam and excess oil, boil for two hours and add salt to taste.

Tips:

The amount of water can be adjusted according to the number of people, and the amount of salt can be adjusted according to the amount of water.
