Nourishing Peach Gel Cream

Peach gum soaks for 24 hours

Clean, dry the water in the stewing pot, add rock sugar, jujube slices, seal and press the pressure cooker for about an hour and a half (according to the tendon file)

Add the snow lotus seeds that have been soaked for 10 hours and stir well, then seal them, put them in a pressure cooker and stew for one and a half hours. If you don’t have time, you can simmer peach gum, snow lotus seeds, jujube slices and red dates together in a pressure cooker for one night.

Take out the stewed peach gum while it is hot, add wolfberry rose petals, stir well and let cool, put it in a clean container, seal it and refrigerate it, scoop it out with a water- and oil-free spoon, rinse it with water or drink it with milk. Use cold in summer and hot in winter, it's very delicious and convenient
