Nourishing Pear Cup
1.
Soak dried lilies in cold water
2.
After soaking the white fungus, remove the roots and tear small pieces, wash the red dates, soak the soft lily and drain the water for later use (don’t ask me why there are so many dates on the plate, because I made several pear cups at the same time)
3.
Snow pear peeled and cut off the top (the cut part is reserved for the lid)
4.
Use a spoon to dig the pear into a bowl
5.
Put in the white fungus, lily, red dates and some rock sugar prepared before
6.
Add a little cool white to open inside
7.
Cover the lid, put it in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Tips:
It is also very good to replace red dates with wolfberries. If the elderly don't like sweets, they don't need to add rock sugar. In short, the combination of ingredients is not fixed and can be adjusted according to their preferences.
