Nut White Chocolate Cookies

1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat until smooth

2. Add the whole egg liquid in three times, mix thoroughly each time before adding

3. Add vanilla extract and beat until smooth

4. Add the sieved low powder and matcha powder, and stir until no dry powder is visible

5. Add macadamia nuts and white chocolate, and stir to form a dough

6. Put the dough into the biscuit mold and freeze for 1 hour in the refrigerator

7. Take out the frozen biscuit balls, cut them into 0.5cm slices, and put them in a baking tray

Tips:
