Nutrient Chiropractic Soup

The spine is chopped and washed

Prepare green onion and ginger

Wash carrots, peeled and cut into pieces

Black fungus soaked in advance

Blanch the spine, add cooking wine, green onions, and ginger

Pick and wash mushrooms

Add the boiled spine, black fungus, appropriate amount of water, and a little white vinegar to the casserole and cook on high heat

Tips:
If the spine is not blanched, soak it to remove the blood, and then skim the foam when boiling;
Don't add carrots too early, they will be boiled;

You can cook more soup, save some noodles, and cook hot pot.
