1. Cut the purchased pork ribs into small pieces, wash them, and then use a large bowl with pepper, crushed ginger, green onions and cooking wine. Put the washed ribs in and soak for 1 hour.

2. In the process of soaking the ribs, wash the broad beans, then blanch them in water and pick them up for later use.

3. Prepare shredded green onions and ginger.

4. Pick up the soaked ribs and drain the water. Pour the olive oil after the pot is heated.

5. First add pepper, green onion and ginger and stir-fry. After frying the aroma, add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs are discolored, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, then pour in the prepared 1/3 of the broad beans and stir-fry.

6. Pour hot water over the ribs. After the high heat is boiled, simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.

7. After 40 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Pour the remaining 2/3 of the broad beans into the blender, add a small amount of water, and beat into a puree.

8. Add the mashed broad beans to the pot, stir well, and just boil.
