1. Slice tofu and cucumber, soak the fungus, cut the lean meat, add starch and soy sauce to consume oil, mix well

2. Stir-fry the lean meat first and multiply it

3. Then stir-fry the cucumber fungus in the pan

4. Add water, add oil to tofu, add some soy sauce
