The porridge from the previous breakfast,
Only the kind of rice paste made by the wall-breaking machine,
Or sweet black rice porridge, eight-treasure porridge~
Salty porridge has only eaten preserved egg and lean meat porridge,
This time I went to Guangzhou to play,
Tasted seafood porridge,
Wow, it turns out that porridge can still be played like this!

Nutritious and Heart-warming Casserole Seafood Porridge

1. Pour the rice into a bowl, add clean water to clean it, soak it overnight in advance, so it’s better to cook

2. Put the cleaned rice in a casserole and add about five times the amount of water. I like a little more to avoid turning into rice after cooking for a long time.

3. Remove the seafood from the refrigerator to thaw and clean up. If it is fresh, it will taste better

4. After the casserole is boiled on high heat, stir it to avoid sticking to the pot, and then cover the pot. Simmer on low heat for about 30-50 minutes

5. While cooking the porridge, you can prepare vegetables, ginger slices, and clean up seafood by the way

6. After the porridge is basically mature, pour the cleaned seafood into the pot and cook for about five minutes~

7. Add ginger slices immediately after adding seafood to remove fishy and improve freshness~

8. One minute before serving, add green vegetables to avoid cooking for too long, which will affect the color and taste

Tips:

The seafood porridge is usually filled with fish fillets, which makes it more delicious. My couple didn’t eat fish, so they replaced them with crayfish.
