Nutritious and High-value Pancakes

Material preparation.

Put two rice scoops of flour into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, a little salt, and mix well. (You can add an egg, I'm afraid of overnutrition, so I didn't add an egg)

Mix the flour until there are no dry noodles, and sieve twice.
