Nutritious, Fresh and Delicious Vegetarian Leek Box

Pick leeks and put them in a pot.

Wash the leeks at least three times. In the first time, soak all the leeks in water to remove the mud and remove them immediately. In the second time, put some salt in the water and soak the leeks in water for ten minutes. In the third time, wash the leeks and drain the water. Place the portions on the steamer to dry.

After picking the leeks, the fungus swells up with cold water.

Wash the dried shrimps in water and remove them for later use.

Beat three large eggs in a basin for later use.

Tips:
1. Hot noodles, cold noodles in half or a dough-baked leek box with more hot noodles is not only soft but also tastes good.
2. When brazing, put it in the leek box with a small fire, cover it and not leave it, then braze the other side and bottom.
3. The roasted vegetarian leek box is more soft and full of aroma.
