Eating tofu residue can lower blood cholesterol content and reduce the consumption of insulin by diabetic patients. The rich dietary fiber in tofu residue can prevent bowel cancer and lose weight. Therefore, tofu residue is regarded as a new source of health food. Every time the soymilk is made with the soymilk machine, there will be okara produced. Waiting for the time for the soymilk to cool, it will make okara cake. It is healthy and not wasteful.

Nutritious Okara Cake

1. Cut green peppers and radish pickles into small cubes, and chopped green onions into chopped green onions

2. Weigh out okara

3. Add all-purpose flour

4. Add green pepper, pickles, green onion

5. Stir well

6. Beat an egg (if you think the batter is wet enough, you don’t need to add another egg)

7. Stir it into a batter that is not too thin

8. Finally, add appropriate amount of sesame seeds and salt, and mix well. (If you don’t have sesame, you don’t need to add it. I want to clean up the sesame stock)

9. Put a spoonful of batter in a hot pan and use a spoon to flatten it

10. Frying over medium and small fire

11. Flip halfway

12. Fry both sides until golden brown and you can get out of the pan

13. Use a biscuit cutter to cut into cute shapes, which can attract children's attention.

Tips:

Radish pickles are sweet and spicy pickles, because the pickles themselves have a salty taste, so just add a small amount of salt to the bean dregs cakes.
