Nutritious Pork Bone Soup

1. After removing the outer leaves of the cabbage, break off 4 leaves and wash away the floating ash. The tomatoes are washed away and the floating ash is all put into the water with salt starch and baking soda to soak for 10 minutes.

2. Prepare the stewed pork bones and pork bone soup (the pork bones are blanched and put in an electric saucepan with water and spring onion cooking wine to stew until the meat is boneless), and tear the boneless meat into small pieces

3. Peel the white radish and wash it off

4. Cut the white radish into small pieces and put in a small bowl for later use

5. Wash the soaked cabbage

7. Wash the soaked tomatoes

8. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a small bowl for later use

9. Prepare the seasoning to be used next

10. When the pot is hot, pour in the right amount of corn oil

11. Add tomatoes after the oil is hot

12. Adjust to medium and low heat, add 2/3 teaspoon sugar, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, and fry tomatoes over high heat until the tomatoes thicken

13. Add cabbage

14. Stir fry evenly

15. Pour in the prepared pork bone soup (even the soup with meat and bones). If you feel that the soup is a little bit small, add some water to the soup.

16. After the soup is boiled, add white radish, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and simmer until the soup becomes slightly

17. You can enjoy it out of the pot
