Nutritious Pork Bone Soup

After removing the outer leaves of the cabbage, break off 4 leaves and wash away the floating ash. The tomatoes are washed away and the floating ash is all put into the water with salt starch and baking soda to soak for 10 minutes.

Adjust to medium and low heat, add 2/3 teaspoon sugar, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, and fry tomatoes over high heat until the tomatoes thicken

Add cabbage

Pour in the prepared pork bone soup (even the soup with meat and bones). If you feel that the soup is a little bit small, add some water to the soup.
