Nutritious Soy Milk Bread

Add the yeast powder to the warm soy milk, stir well, and let it sit for a few minutes.

Mix all ingredients except butter and mix well.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Knead the butter into the dough until it can expand.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to ferment to double its size.

The fermented dough is vented out, divided into several equal parts, and kneaded into rounds respectively.

Brush the baking pan with a thin layer of oil and drain the dough.

Ferment to about twice as large.

Brush the egg liquid evenly on the surface, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put it in the middle and lower layer of the oven preheated to 175°, and roast on the top and bottom for about 20 minutes.
