Nuts Spinach

Prepare the ingredients, remove the spinach from the root, wash it, and blanch it in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes

Put the peanuts into an air fryer and fry them until they are cooked. Put the minced garlic, salt and sugar in a bowl

Mix in light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and stir to form a sauce

Pour the sauce into a bowl containing spinach, peanuts, and almonds, and stir well.
