Pour the Japanese salad dressing. I tried the salad dressing. It was quite salty and had a lot of oil in it. According to my taste, I don't need to add other seasonings. If it tastes heavy, I can add other seasonings appropriately;
8.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve.
Tips:
1. Add some oil and salt when blanching spinach to keep the original green color of spinach;
2. After the peanuts are fried, they can be crushed in a blender. If there is no blender, they can be crushed with a hard object in a fresh-keeping bag. I prefer to use the latter method. The crushed peanuts are slightly coarser and very fragrant. ;
3. There is no Japanese salad dressing, you can use homemade vinaigrette instead
