Drinking a bowl of porridge on a hot summer day couldn't be more comfortable. I remembered that I still had a comprehensive oatmeal, which was useless all the time, so I could simply use it to cook a bowl of porridge and drink with rice. A variety of oatmeal nuts, paired with rice, should taste good.

Ingredients

Oatmeal

1. 1 handful of fragrant porridge rice, 1 handful of integrated oatmeal

2. Wash the porridge and rice, soak in water for half an hour, soak the oatmeal for a while, pour the soaked rice into the stewing pot, add the oatmeal

3. Add water until it is full, put it in an electric saucepan, and simmer for about 1 hour.

Tips:

Soaking the rice for half an hour beforehand makes it easier to soften and thicken.
The amount of water added is increased or decreased according to your preference.
You don’t have to use such an electric stew pot, you can cook it in the usual way of cooking porridge.
