Oatmeal Cookies
1.
Cut brown sugar into small pieces for easy melting.
2.
Turn on a low heat, put the water, milk, and brown sugar in a pan to melt, and stir while heating to evaporate the water until the brown sugar and milk mixture is about 70~80g. Serve.
3.
Add lard to melt the lard and turn off the heat.
4.
Beat the oil and sugar to fuse.
5.
Sift in all-purpose flour, press and mix with a spatula evenly without dry powder.
6.
Add oatmeal, melon seeds, black sesame seeds.
7.
Stir into a dough. It doesn't matter if you hold a group.
8.
Place the baking tray with greased paper, put the biscuit mold into the baking pan, fill the oatmeal biscuit material into the mold, arrange and smooth, lightly press the biscuit base with your fingers, lift the mold with the other hand to release the mold, and then arrange the biscuit base.
9.
Make biscuit bases one by one. You can also put the biscuits in the middle of 2 sheets of oil paper and roll them into about 5mm thin slices, transfer them to the baking tray, and cut into pieces after baking.
10.
Preheat the oven at 150°C for 25-30 minutes in the middle layer, and bake until the biscuits are golden brown. The freshly baked biscuits are not hard. They become hard after cooling. If they are cold or soft, they will be returned to the oven and bake for a while.
11.
It's done!
Tips:
1. All kinds of dried nuts can be added to oatmeal. If you add more dried fruits, please reduce the sugar appropriately.
2. If you earn more oil, it can be reduced to 45g, and can be replaced with other oil. But the shortening effect is lard>butter>vegetable oil.
3. The thickness of the biscuits is different, and the baking time is also different. The thicker the biscuits, the longer the baking time. Please do not copy recipes.
