Cutlet is derived from French côtelette. It originally refers to sliced meat, but now it specifically refers to sliced meat that has been deep-fried. It is commonly found in Japanese cuisine. Oatmeal Gillette Pork Chop

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the pork loin into 3 cm slices, cut off the fascia on the meat, and beat the slices thin with the back of a knife.

3. Beat the eggs with chopsticks.
