Oatmeal Nut Energy Bar

For bananas, it is best to choose ripe sesame bananas. Nuts must be cooked, roasted or fried in advance. Dry the grapes and drain the water. The banana is mashed. Add dried nuts and fruits, add half a teaspoon of salt

Put in the oats, and I just added a few drops of vanilla extract which happened to be made by myself. Stir until it becomes sticky. Find a flat baking dish, line it with greased paper, pour it in and press it flat, not too thick, and heat up and down at 160 degrees for 30 minutes

Let cool and cut into pieces after baking
Tips:
An oil-free and sugar-free energy bar. The dried nuts and fruits can be replaced at will. There is no fixed amount for each ingredient, as long as it is thicker after mixing. The product is not the kind of crunchy biscuits, but has a soft taste. Full and nutritious.
