Oatmeal Rice Bean Bread

Prepare the required materials.

Boil milk and oatmeal into a paste and cool for later use.

Use high flour, oatmeal paste, sugar, salt, water, and corn oil to knead to the expansion stage.

Cover the lid and let it rise in a warm place to 2 times its size.

Vent the fermented dough and divide it into 6 equal parts and round them. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a small dough, roll it out into a rectangle, and spread a layer of rice bean paste in the middle of the dough.

Fold the two ends of the dough toward the middle as shown in the figure, and press from one side to the other to exhaust all the air and compact it.

Roll from one end to the other and compact.

Pour into a baking tray lined with greased paper, soak in a warm place to double its size, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle a little sesame seeds, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
Tips:
1. Because the dry humidity of different flours is different, please add the amount of water gradually.
2. Please adjust the oven temperature and baking time according to your own oven temperament.
