Octopus

Wash the octopus, pay attention to the buttocks must be removed, squeeze out with both hands and thumbs.

Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and put the octopus in. Adding water twice during the period means that the water has to be boiled three times.

Put it out and rinse with cold water to cool.

Cut the octopus, shred the green onion, and cut the coriander into sections. Add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar and stir.

Tips:
1. When boiling octopus, you must boil water three times, otherwise it will not be bad. When you boil the water for the third time, turn off the heat immediately, otherwise it will be overcooked.
