Octopus Fried Rice

1. After washing the water celery, remove the water and cut 0.5cm. Slice garlic, cut onion into 1.5×1.5cm size, and cut sharp pepper into small pieces.

2. After removing the viscera of the octopus (refer to the basic preparation of cooking), knead it with flour. Remove the water after washing.

3. Cut the head of the octopus into 2~3 equal parts, and cut the legs into 5cm size, then put all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix well.

4. Put the cooking oil in the frying pan and fry the garlic over medium heat until golden brown, then put it on the kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.

5. Put the onion and hot pepper directly on the pan of ④ and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

6. Put the rice and seasoning together and stir-fry on medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then put the octopus and fry on high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then turn off the heat. Then add the water celery and stir-fried garlic together, and adjust the saltiness with salt.
