Octopus Leg Cucumber Salad

Prepare vegetables

Wash the cucumber, remove the stalks and diced peppers, break into several pieces for easy cutting

Tips:
It is recommended to slice the whole octopus leg after boiling it. If it is sliced first and then cooked, it is not easy to cut raw, and it will roll up when it is cooked and the meat will become hard.
