Octopus Lettuce Shreds
1.
Before cooking, fry the scallion and let it cool in some scallion oil, then peel the fresh lettuce, cut into small pieces and shred
2.
Add monosodium glutamate, salt, chili, shredded garlic, and marinate occasionally for about two hours, then pour out the water
3.
Wash the fresh octopus clockwise with a handful of salt and finally rinse with clean water
4.
Boil the scallion, ginger, garlic and a little oil in a pot, then boil the octopus and throw it into ice water to shrink. Cut into small pieces [I can’t help but eat a few for a small decoration to look good] Then pour it into the shredded lettuce, add the scallion oil that was left in the air, mix well
5.
So it's ready to serve, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds. Nutritional and delicious taste first class
Tips:
1: Drain the water from the marinated lettuce
2: The octopus shrinks in ice water and tastes better
