Office Gourmet Time ~ Spicy Snail Meat

Cut the onion into pieces, diced garlic, millet pepper, small green pepper, and shred ginger (the green pepper has more cut points, ignore it!)

Add oil, small green peppers, millet peppers, ginger and garlic, mix and stir! Put it in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes!

Take out the sauteed ginger garlic chili, add onion and mix well, then put it in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes!

Tips:
It took a long time to make snail meat this time! But as freshwater creatures, snails are better cooked! Don't eat it raw!
And the snail meat should be marinated with salt to make it more delicious!
