The okra recipes are diversified. This dish is first blanched and then topped with hot oil. After the seasoning and the okra fragrance are agitated, it tastes more delicious and refreshing.

Oil-drenched Okra

1. Okra wash

2. Prepare minced bell peppers, minced garlic and steamed fish soy sauce

3. When the water in the pot is boiled, pour the okra, add salt and blanch it, then pick it up

4. Pick it up after the ice water

5. Cut off the stalk

6. Put it in a basin, add steamed fish and soy sauce, then add chopped bell peppers and minced garlic on top of the okra

7. Pour oil in a hot pan and bring it to a boil

8. Pour into the basin and enjoy

Tips:

1. The okra is blanched and then blanched in ice water to make the taste more crisp
2. It tastes best when eaten hot
