Oil-free and Water-free Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces, put it in the pan, and fry until golden on both sides.

Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger slices, chives, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, huadiao wine, red wine, rock sugar, pepper, and salt.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
